A Cook Island Māori based in Rarotonga, Teuvira is a therapeutic massage therapist and remedial body practitioner, as well as Atua Healing® Healer. He is a descendant of a line of healers, and both his paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother were practitioners of Cook Island Māori medicine.

Teuvira trained at Wellpark College in Auckland, and his qualifications include reflexology, articular mobilisation (a form of postural correction therapy), lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and phytotherapy, which uses plant extracts and essential oils applied via massage to facilitate healing.

Teuvira has been operating his own clinic in Rarotonga for ten plus years, treating his local people as well as many visitors to the island. He incorporates Atua Healing® to assist his work on a more holistic level, and his ability to treat long-term and difficult conditions has seen return clients from many parts of the world visiting him for regular treatments.
